We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (the “PDPO”).
2. Personal data we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form on the Site, the form prepares an email in your own email application; nothing is submitted to or stored on the Site itself. The email you choose to send may include your name, business email address, company name, project type and message, together with any other information you decide to include. We also receive personal data when you contact us directly by email or in the course of a business relationship.
Technical data. The Site is a static website. It does not set cookies, does not use analytics tools and does not run tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps) for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
3. How we use personal data
We use personal data only for the purpose for which it was collected or a directly related purpose, including to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- discuss, scope, quote for and deliver services;
- manage our business relationship with you or your organisation, including contracts, invoicing and support;

Under the PDPO you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and to request correction of any data that is inaccurate. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we may charge a reasonable fee for processing a data access request as permitted by the PDPO. We will respond within the time required by the PDPO. If you are located outside Hong Kong, local laws may give you additional rights, which we will honour to the extent required by applicable law.
10. Links to other websites
The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them.
11. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
